Our Superyacht Crew Drinks are very kindly sponsored by our partners No.12 Fine Wines, Camper & Nicholson, AYSS, Osprey Technical and General Marine Communications.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Being able to demonstrate to captains that you have taken an active interest in your own Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is of immense benefit in any recruitment scenario. In an exciting development for superyacht crew, attendance at ACREW workshops that are endorsed by the Professional Yachting Association (PYA) can now be recorded in their service record books.
Attending these will enable you to demonstrate to future employers and crew agents that you have personally invested time and energy in learning new skills and knowledge. Together with your CV, this commitment has been highlighted by many captains as a positive factor when hiring cr ew.
It will be clear which workshops are endorsed by the PYA when registering, and your attendance at these workshops can now be recorded in the PYA crew work book.
