International Marine Networking - Inaugural Event 2 March 2021

International Marine Networking is a new digital networking opportunity that will connect superyacht and marine industry leaders from the US, European and UK markets each week of March followed by a monthly event from April onwards.

The event is hosted by Ben Taylor, who is an advocate for building relationships to create a solid network of collaborators internationally. At the start of each event there’s a welcoming and introduction, acknowledgement of sponsors followed by a series of four breakout rooms. Each lasting 20 minutes, attendees are randomly allocated to rooms of five to six people. Then encouraged to be social, with the aim of connecting with new people and building on existing relationships.

This industry event comes at a time when the lack of International Boat Shows has resulted in limited, to near zero opportunities for the industry to network as they normally would. This combined with the business landscape we face makes the event an attraction for industry leaders looking to be on the international business scene within the marine leisure and superyacht sectors. “It’s so important for people to network at a time where there’s huge change. I couldn’t find a networking event like this, so I decided to make one happen” says Ben Taylor.

With this event being free to attend and so many businesses looking to diversify, grow, pivot and survive this event provides an opportunity to share knowledge and discuss points that have been left unaddressed for too long.

Event date: Tuesday 2nd March 2021
Event time: 14:00 GMT, 15:00 CET, 09:00 EST
Occurrence: Weekly during March, monthly April onwards

Interested parties are encouraged to register via Eventbrite: International Marine Networking with Ben Taylor.
