SwipedOn: Visitor and Crew Management
SwipedOn is a slick alternative to traditional visitor logs and crew sign in/out boards.
As a cloud-based system, SwipedOn has simplified and improved registration processes across many sectors, helping superyachts and land based companies keep track of the whereabouts of employees, visitors and contractors.
iPads running SwipedOn can have a customised interface using the yacht's own brand, and many features can also be tailored to individual needs.
SwipedOn is also a valuable tool for improving health and safety procedures, with an Evacuation Mode to check crew and visitors present in emergencies or drills. As an option, this can also be viewed remotely by management ashore.

SwipedOn’s founders, Hadleigh Ford (Masters Unlimited) and Ben Scott (Chief Mate 3000) both worked onboard superyachts for many years and understand the particular needs of managing personnel onboard yachts. Eventually returning to New Zealand they founded SwipedOn in 2013, an idea born out of frustration with traditional manual systems.
With many superyachts already using the app, feedback from the industry has been very positive:
"Beautifully presented, really easy to use, and comes with customizable fields. A really cool feature is the branding tool that I really loved. Add a logo and some nice photos and you have yourself a professional looking app to impress your visitors." Simpson Marine (Capterra review, April 2016).
At SwipedOn we welcome your feedback and ideas for new features to improve the usability of the product.
