Acquera Yachting and Evolution Yacht Agents Form Strategic Partnership

Acquera Yachting CEO Stefano Tositti announced that the company has formed a strategic partnership with Spanish yachting agency Evolution Yacht Agents.

Spain has just been ranked 3rd in the world by Bloomberg for having the most superyachts, with the USA coming in first place followed by Italy, Spain, France and Greece. Spain was the country that saw the largest increase in the number of yachts compared to 2018.

Evolution Yacht Agents are one of the leading agencies in Spain, with their main offices based in the Balearic Islands and Barcelona. They cover all Spanish ports and bring to the table 10 years of yachting experience, with top management coming from the superyacht industry. Well known for their innovative services such as Kitchens of Spain and the first bonded warehouse in the Balearics, they constantly strive to introduce new services, products and experiences.

As part of an ambitious growth strategy implemented since the company launch in February 2018, the partnership consolidates Acquera Yachting’s presence in the Mediterranean, adding to their network of offices across Italy, France, Monaco and Montenegro. An agreement to acquire G&K Yachting based in Greece was signed last year, and G&K continue to operate under their own brand. The company are also going one step further and diversifying, with the focus on upgrading the standard services that a yacht agent supplies. Just recently, they signed an exclusive agreement that guarantees them the commercial rights to manage the superyacht berths at Casamicciola Marina as well as the sole helipad on Ischia Island.
