Art in a Glass - MYBA Cocktail Competition

MYBA is pleased to present the visual for the MYBA 'Art in a Glass - Cocktail Competition' which will debut at the 2017 MYBA Charter Show in Barcelona later this month.

ART IN A GLASS is supportd by Tanqueray No.TEN Gin, one of the best gins in the world, and will give interior crew and budding mixologists the opportunity to demonstrate their creative talents.

Participating yacht crew must prepare one cocktail for three judges in just three minutes, using no more than six ingredients (excluding ice and garnish), and featuring a minimum of 40ml of Tanqueray No.TEN Gin. The cocktails must be prepared in front of the judges and can be stirred, shaken, or built in the glass, served straight-up, or over cubed, cracked or crushed ice.

Judging will be based on taste, originality, presentation, the appeal of the name, guest experience and delivery. Judging will take place on Monday 24th April and a maximum of 10 yachts will be able to take part.

Registration is now open and yachts wishing to enter can send an email to jasmin.rutter@diageo.com who is also available online to answer any questions.

Winners will be announced at a prize-giving ceremony on Tuesday 25th April as follows: Overall Winner, Most Creative and Best Guest Experience.
