Busy Start to the Year for Wim van der Valk Continental Yachts
It has been a busy start to the year for Wim van der Valk Continental Yachts. We are very proud to have a busy order book underway, with work advancing on more than 7 builds.
As a family-owned company, with roots founded on strong relationships and high-quality customer service, we are delighted to be working on projects for both new customers and repeat customers alike.
The yard currently has 7 yachts under construction, from across both our Continental series and Continental Trawler Series. Work is progressing well on our flagship 37m Continental Trawler model, with completion due in June. These yachts will be completed and delivered over the next few months.
We are very proud of the stability this solid order book represents, both now and looking towards the future. In addition to our existing models, we also build fully custom projects and invite all enquiries and designs.
Work begins on the new 2395M Guido de Groot Continental Trawler model
Construction has begun on the first all-aluminium 24 metre semi-custom Continental Trawler 2395, with delivery due in Spring 2016.
The 2395 Flybridge model is the first of an exciting new series of semi-custom trawler-style yachts designed for the yard by Guido de Groot. The yacht is being built on spec and is available for sale.
Designed to be a contemporary go-anywhere yacht, the 2395’s round-bilged hull and semi-displacement capabilities will allow maximum fuel efficiency.
This, together with the large fuel tank and light aluminium construction, will enable it to achieve a very long range, making it ideal for the client looking to explore the world in comfort and style. A modern and stylish interior by de Groot complements the handsome exterior lines.
The Trawler series is available in a variety of different sizes ranging from 17m through to 40m. The yard welcomes all enquiries for the 2395 model and the entire Continental Trawler range.
