Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Sail into Edinburgh Marina

Camper & Nicholsons Marinas, the internationally renowned marina owners and operators confirmed today that it has agreed terms with Edinburgh Marina Granton Harbour Limited to design, commission, manage and operate the new Edinburgh Marina, the centrepiece of the unique £500 million waterside quarter development close to Edinburgh city centre and gateway to exploring Scotland’s renowned cruising area.

With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, Camper & Nicholsons Marinas provide specialist marina operational management to an impressive portfolio of clients in over 25 countries worldwide. The new Edinburgh Marina will enable Scotland’s capital to compete for a major share of Scotland’s burgeoning £3.7bn marine tourism industry by creating unique new world-class facilities to help expand the size of Scotland’s overall berth availability.

Designed to surpass the Yacht Harbour Association’s 5 Gold Anchor rating, Edinburgh Marina will comprise 315 fully serviced berths providing 24/7 access to the sea, a state-of-the-art marina office and fully serviced boatyard and dry-stack operation.

Visitors to the new Marina will enjoy unrivalled amenities including Camper & Nicholsons renowned service levels, together with secure parking with optional storage. Edinburgh Marina will be located immediately next to the Edinburgh Marina Spa and Conference Hotel, so yacht owners will be able to benefit from on-board food & drink service and concierge services, as well as access to the Hotel spa and gym. Adjacent to the new luxury Marina are impressive residences where property residents will also have the opportunity to reserve a marina berth when purchasing their apartment.

Edinburgh Marina is expected to attract boat owners and enthusiasts from around the world with the ability to accommodate the full-size range of yachts and cruisers.
