Covipedia: Latest Restrictions in Italy
The Italian Government has announced that as from Sunday 15th November the following regions have changed zones:
Campania (Naples Area) & Tuscany
The two regions have been classified as red zones and have the following restrictions:

It is forbidden to leave or enter the territory and is only permitted in exceptional circumstances such as for health or essential professional reasons.

It is forbidden to leave the area/town where people reside and is only permitted in exceptional circumstances such as for health or essential professional reasons.

All non-essential shops are closed with the exception of pharmacies and supermarkets.

Bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes are closed and can offer take away and home delivery until 22h.

All outdoor sport activities are forbidden and only permitted if done close to home, wearing a mask and respecting social distances.

Hairdressers, barber shops and beauty salons are closed.
Regions: Lombardia, Piemonte, Calabria, Valle d’Aosta, Campania & Tuscany
Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia & Marche
The regions are now classified as orange zones and are subject to the restrictions listed hereunder.
