Covipedia: Latest Restrictions in Italy

The Italian Government has announced that as from Sunday 15th November the following regions have changed zones:

Campania (Naples Area) & Tuscany

The two regions have been classified as red zones and have the following restrictions:

  • It is forbidden to leave or enter the territory and is only permitted in exceptional circumstances such as for health or essential professional reasons.

  • It is forbidden to leave the area/town where people reside and is only permitted in exceptional circumstances such as for health or essential professional reasons. 

  • All non-essential shops are closed with the exception of pharmacies and supermarkets.

  • Bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes are closed and can offer take away and home delivery until 22h.

  • All outdoor sport activities are forbidden and only permitted if done close to home, wearing a mask and respecting social distances.

  • Hairdressers, barber shops and beauty salons are closed.

Regions: Lombardia, Piemonte, Calabria, Valle d’Aosta, Campania & Tuscany

Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia & Marche

The regions are now classified as orange zones and are subject to the restrictions listed hereunder. 

  • It is forbidden to leave or enter the territory and is only permitted in exceptional circumstances such as for health or essential professional reasons.

  • It is forbidden to leave the area/town where people reside and is only permitted in exceptional circumstances such as for health or exceptional professional reasons. 

  • Bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes are closed and can offer take away and home delivery until 22h.

Regions: Apulia, Sicily, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Guilia & Marche
