Dominion Marine Rebrand to Quadrant Group Heralds Exciting New Chapter in 40-Year History
With a 40-year track record of excellence in global asset management, Dominion Marine proudly announces the launch of its new identity, Quadrant Group, hot on the heels of a successful management buy-out in September 2022.
Building on four decades of continued growth, the new brand signifies an important milestone in the Group’s evolution, representing its solid foundation and steadfast commitment to innovation.
"It's often said that the journey is more important than the destination, but we've always been firmly invested in both,” says Simon Roberts, Managing Director at Quadrant Group. “The rebranding to Quadrant Group is not just a change in name; it's a celebration of our 40-year history and a continued reflection of our commitment to growth, innovation, and our clients."
Working within the world’s leading regulatory frameworks with specialist teams in the Isle of Man, Malta, Jersey and the Cayman Islands, Quadrant Group will continue to serve an impressive portfolio of clients worldwide, while expanding its services beyond primarily superyacht ownership to encompass additional areas of luxury asset management.
Led by Simon Roberts, the path to Quadrant Group began with the management buy-out of Dominion Marine in 2022, bringing together Client Relationship Director Catherine Connolly, Crew Services Director Paul Fleming and Finance Director Tim Cox.
“It was a fantastic opportunity for the renewal of the business, allowing us to enact ambitious plans to diversify our services,” says Roberts. “With a dynamic and forward-thinking board and over 70 years of combined experience, we’re on a firm course for continued success.”
Beginning 2024 with a new brand that encapsulates the strength of its past and the ambitions of its future, Quadrant Group’s diversification will afford significant benefits for clients seeking multidisciplinary expertise across a range of jurisdictions.
‘Crossing paths and forging futures’, Quadrant Group is embarking on a new chapter in its 40-year history, deepening relationships with longstanding clients, reconnecting across the superyacht industry, and expanding to new horizons.
