e3 Systems Showcases HYBRID Communication Solution at FLIBS

At FLIBS this week, e3 Systems will be showcasing their HYBRID communication solution which synchronizes land and satellite communications by combining 3G/4G, VSAT and L Band to create a more efficient, versatile and economic solution for total connectivity. 

e3 knows that great communications and entertainment are essential to owners and guests on board a yacht. Their research shows that over 85% of yachts spend most of their time inshore, which means faster, more cost effective 3G/4G services can be combined with a base satellite service to ensure the yacht has 100% connectivity whether in shore, in coastal waters or at sea.

They will also have their ready-to-activate CaribSim cards available on the stand, offering the latest Pan Caribbean Roaming 3G/4G Data Plan. The single CaribSim overcomes the need for multiple SIMS when moving between countries - just one SIM, APN and tariff is used for the 27 Caribbean destinations included on the 3G/4G Digicel network. 

As well as seamless connectivity, owners and charter guests also want to be able to access their favorite news and TV entertainment and e3 USA can provide all the DirecTV basic channels as well as HD decoders.

Once out of digital satellite range they recommend their e3.IPTV service, optimized for all the main news and financial channels in English. The e3.IPTV box works anywhere in the world with a good data connection and includes TV recording and catch up services.
