Superyacht Operating Systems (SOS) is delighted to welcome valet expert, Josephine Ive, to collaborate on their innovative Luxe SOP System & Knowledge Centre. Josephine's contribution to Luxe will provide valuable and comprehensive information around Guest Personal Care and Etiquette.

As one of the UK’s first female butlers, Josephine is an icon in the luxury service industry with prestigious former clients including HM Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen Mother and a number of British High Court Judges.

Widely regarded as a hospitality guru, Josephine is a qualified chef, butler and author. She is also a leading light in luxury service training, combining traditional and modern methods in her role as Director and Principal Trainer at Magnums Butler Academy, known globally for their outstanding training of butlers, valets and elite interior yacht crew.

Josephine joins an impressive lineup of experts who have all contributed to the creation of the Luxe Knowledge Centre – a digital encyclopedia for personnel caring for owners and guests of superyachts, luxury estates, private jets and boutique hotels.
