Luxury Hospitality Academy Debuts Sleek New Website

Providing the ultimate guest experience on a superyacht involves much more than knowledge and technical skills, and no-one knows this better than Luxury Hospitality Management (LH) which has just launched a new website to showcase their unique approach to superyacht hospitality training.

Easy to navigate and full to the brim with information, their new website also features details of two upcoming training courses - Luxury Hospitality Service Specialist and Luxury Hospitality Self-Managing Leadership - running from 14-18 October at Chateau Marquette just north of Amsterdam.

Based on a philosophy of playing to your strengths to achieve an optimal state of flow, all trainings are designed to motivate individuals and encourage the team bonding that leads to pitch-perfect performance.

Taught by a team of hospitality specialists led by industry veterans Peter Vogel and Erik Smit, both courses are designed to inspire a service mind-set and develop finesse with different service styles, helping crew to perform to the max.
