Nuvolari Lenard Yacht Design Honored by UCINA

On 17 June, at the Salone Accessori TECnologie (SATEC) conference in Venice, yacht designers Nuvolari Lenard were honored with the prestigious Nautical Pioneer Award by UCINA, a leading Italian maritime industry association dedicated to the promotion of boating tourism in Italy and knowledge about the sea. 

Carlo Nuvolari, co-founder of Nuvolari Lenard said, “We are grateful and pleased by UCINA’s recognition for our work. We are particularly honored that its 27th annual award ceremony took place in our beloved Venice, where Nuvolari Lenard has had its design studio for nearly 25 years.” 

Nuvolari Lenard is a world class player in yacht design with innovative exterior styling and interior design. The studio currently has a diverse range of yachts in build at several top yards including Lürssen, Oceanco, CRN, Monte Carlo Yachts, Adler Yachts, and Beneteau, end to end measuring a total of 932m!

With a versatile approach to design, Nuvolari Lenard’s projects include semi-production yachts, such as the entire line at Monte Carlo Yachts (MYC) a 105m environmentally-advanced sailing yacht at Oceanco and a 139m custom motor yacht at Lürssen. 

Nuvolari Lenard continues to push the boundaries of yacht design, and several of their yachts will be on display at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 6-11 September, and the Monaco Yacht Show from 28 September – 1 October. Designer Dan Lenard and naval architect/engineer Carlo Nuvolari will be present at both shows.
