PYA Extends Sea Service Testimonial Verification to Non-Members

 

The MCA made a preliminary announcement at last year's PYA Sea Changes Seminar and during this year's PYA Sea Changes Seminar during the Monaco Yacht Show it was confirmed that as of 1 January 2017, the job of SST verification for seafarers in the yachting sector will be handled on their behalf by professional organisations, including the PYA and Nautilus Intenational.

The appointment of the PYA to carry out this task on behalf of the MCA is a clear demonstration of their confidence in the integrity of the PYA's existing verification procedures.
