Superyacht Technology Conference Moves to ISE in Barcelona for 2021

The Superyacht Technology Conference (SYTC) will join with Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the world's largest professional AV and integration show, from 4- 5 February 2021 at the Fira de Barcelona.

SYTC has expanded from a small auditorium to an 8000m2 private hall including a full conference facility (400 attendees under 2m social distancing or up to 1000 under normal conditions).  We have also expanded our Innovation Lab which is now capable of hosting 50 stands dedicated to the superyacht sector.

Our industry wants innovation, but brokerage and marine trade shows offer limited opportunities for some of the most important and fastest-growing areas such as AV, IoT, smart technology and digital lighting. SYTC addresses this, bringing the superyacht sector to the biggest technology show of its type in the world, providing access to brands such as Samsung, Intel and Crestron to explore the cutting edge of technology.

A Superyacht Conference First

This new date allows us to provide a ticketed superyacht technology conference, with the focus still very much on green energy, AV, engineering, entertainment, sonar, solar, lighting, hydraulics and much more.  Additionally, 10 halls of cutting edge technology will showcase numerous global launches, marketed directly to key buyers from shipyards, management, owners’ reps, captains, and technical crew.

Our strategy is to add value and be first off the line in 2021.

What is ISE (Integrated Systems Europe)?

Held annually since 2004, Integrated Systems Europe is the world's largest trade show for AV and integration technology from smart tech, IoT, cinema, audio, control systems and subsystems such as door entry. The 2020 edition drew 1,317 exhibitors and 116,599 attendees. Organised by Integrated Systems Events, the show has outgrown its long-standing home in Amsterdam and is moving to the Fira de Barcelona in February 2021.

Mike Blackman, MD of Integrated Systems Events, commented: "The superyacht market represents significant opportunities for the ISE community. It brings together high-end solutions for luxurious living and sophisticated technologies for navigation, communications, and connectivity. It is an important market for many of our major exhibitors. We are delighted to be partnering with Superyacht Technology to bring the SYTC to ISE 2021 in Barcelona. It is an excellent fit within ISE's line-up of technology and business strategy conferences, and the partnership is sure to bring new audiences to both brands."

Jack Robinson, MD of Superyacht Technology Conference said: ISE is the largest AV and systems integration exhibition in the world. The move falls perfectly in line with the SYTC vision in bringing diverse technologies from the world’s biggest technology brands to the superyacht sector, giving the industry access to cutting edge solutions we might not ever see at marine-specific shows”.

To further protect our sponsors, speakers, and visitors we have asked for additional measures to be applied to the Superyacht Technology Conference in hall 4.

• AI crowd tracking and heat detection system to scan all attendees at all entrances.

• Totally exclusive, no one from ISE will be able to enter Hall 4 SYTC unless they have a pass, however, SYTC delegates can roam freely across the whole of ISE.

• A private entrance for SYTC attendees only with direct access to Hall 4.

• A sky walkway giving a view of the show and private access for SYTC attendee.

If you have any questions or want to get involved as a sponsor, exhibitor or speaker at this great event, please contact Jack Robinson to discuss: jack@superyachttechnology.com
