Why Cruise Croatia During COVID-19?

A place of many different landscapes and experiences, now is the perfect moment to cruise the isolated and unspoiled Adriatic islands and enjoy the Croatian clear waters.

Entering Croatia in these uncertain times has proven to be much easier than expected. The Croatian government has put measures on entering, but they are not as strict as they might seem. Croatia is the only country in the EU that is accepting tourists coming from the United States and all other non-EU countries. All that is needed are couple of simple documents proving your reason for entrance and filling out a form on the official government page to ease your transit into the country.

Documentation needed for entry: Privately Reg. Vessel

EU Citizens

• Can enter as before COVID-19 (no need to prove the reason for entering the country).

• Enter data of all passengers on https://entercroatia.mup.hr/ (for easier transit through the Croatian border).

• Letter of Invitation from the owner of the vessel for anyone who is not a close family member (EU Family members law applies).

Member States of Third Countries (Non EU)

• Proof of ownership.

• Proof of paid or reserved berth in any port in the Republic of Croatia.

• Enter data of all passengers on https://entercroatia.mup.hr/ (for easier transit through the Croatian border).

• Letter of Invitation from the owner for anyone who is not a close family member (EU Family members law applies).

• Negative PCR test (not older than 48h).

Documentation needed for entry: Commercial Reg. Vessel

EU Citizens

• They can enter as before Covid-19 (no need to prove the reason for entering the country).

•  Enter data of all passengers on https://entercroatia.mup.hr/ (for easier transit through the Croatian border).

Commercial Reg. Vessel

• Proof of paid charter.

• Enter data of all passengers on https://entercroatia.mup.hr/ (for easier transit through the Croatian border).

• Negative PCR test (not older than 48h).

As for COVID-19 in Croatia, the Croatian government and the health department are putting an enormous effort into battling the virus and the daily figure for new cases is less than three digits.
