Dates Announced for 1st Aegean Yachting Festival

The 1st Aegean Yachting Festival will take place between 23-25 October 2020 in Rhodes, Greece, it was announced today.  

Organised by BoatsAdvisor-Hub & Events under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism of Greece, the Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy of Greece, EOT, the South Aegean Region, the Municipality of Rhodes, the Chamber of Dodecanes, the Prefecture of Dodecanese and the Rhodes Hoteliers Association, the festival has been designed to promote the Southern Aegean region and the island of Rhodes as the locomotive of the country's maritime tourism and a crossroads between islands in the southeastern Mediterranean.

Organisers expect the benefits to the region to be manifold, as maritime tourism is on the rise with more and more visitors stepping foot on the islands each year. The 1st Aegean Yachting Festival will welcome charter companies, ship support companies, shipbuilders and premium brands worldwide, attracting tourists and developing a new trend in the services provided while creating new jobs at the same time.

The registration for boats and brokers is free of charge, and vessels get free* mooring during the event at the Mandraki Marina, and three days prior and after the event at Rhodes Marinas S.A.
