Ocean Alliance is proud to announce their appointment as Worldwide Central Agents for the charter representation of BELUGA. She will be available cruising the Australian Great Barrier Reef, North Queensland, the Whitsundays and exploring the South Pacific. BELUGA is based in the stunning marina of Port Douglas, 50 minutes drive from Cairns International Airport.

BELUGA is a custom built Moonen explorer-style motor yacht built in 2006 and last refitted in 2011. She was built as a go-anywhere yacht with 4,000 nm range, a robust elegant style, a wide beam, and therefore unusually large volume for her length.

Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout her living areas to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. BELUGA comprises of four impressive decks, providing privacy and numerous dining and lounging options.

BELUGA’s interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 staterooms, including a master suite, 2 double cabins, 2 twin cabins and 2 pullman beds.
On the main deck aft, a spacious area is ideal for al fresco dining and cocktails. The main salon table accommodates formal dining evenings in an elegant atmosphere. A powder room in the main foyer leads to the full beam Master Cabin and its private office.

On the sundeck, a 4-pax Jacuzzi, wet bar, exercise area, dining table for 6 to 8 guests, and sun lounging pads create the ultimate relaxing space. Climb up the monkey island or “grand crow’s nest”: the ideal place for whale watching, reef spotting, or enjoying a champagne sunset

BELUGA carries up to 6 crew onboard, led by experienced Captain Bob Nabal. Bob is originally from South Africa. He grew up in a surfing and fishing town, always trying to squeeze in a paddle whenever possible. Bob has cruised extensively in the Mediterranean and Caribbean before joining BELUGA in Italy. His previous yachts include 93ft Benetti ZEHAVA and 92ft Sunseeker BALTAZAR (Genoa Show 2013 - 2015). Bob sailed BELUGA all way around the world finishing in Port Douglas, Australia.

BELUGA offers expedition style charters, private live-aboard charters, mother shipping in Far North Queensland for the annual heavy tackle marlin season, and joint fishing/diving/leisure trips.

APA and Local Taxes apply on the weekly charter rates.
Short-term charters are also considered.

Cruising Schedule:

BELUGA is currently based in Port Douglas, Queensland, Australia. She will be available for charters from Port Douglas until November 2016. Her itinerary will then take her towards the Lower part of Queensland and in the Whitsundays.

July – November: Port Douglas, Great Barrier Reef, North Queensland
November – December: Whitsundays and East Coast Australia
