OneOcean Launches Client Advisory Service

OneOcean Ventures announces the incorporation of Marina Port Vell and the luxury services and facilities of the OneOcean Barcelona brand. Located in the heart of Barcelona, the superyacht marina has been renamed OneOcean Port Vell, with the OneOcean Club and OneOcean Wellness all part of the Ventures group.

OneOcean Port Vell have enjoyed a successful first summer, hosting some of the world’s largest and most highly regarded yachts. With several superyacht berths sold since the launch, ranging from 25m to 70m, and a similarly successful winter season expected, the marina is operating at an anticipated 70% occupancy.

OneOcean is delighted to announce the launch of its Client Advisory service with its first office opening in Monaco from September 2015.

OneOcean Monaco’s Client Advisory offers consultative advice across the entire spectrum of the yachting world, working in collaboration with owners and potential owners to help them find the perfect vessel to complement their lifestyles or charter experiences.

Services include yacht acquisitions and disposals, insurance introductions, project management, advisory and a range of private office capabilities.

Head of OneOcean Client Advisory, Luc Khaldoun, explains the objective of the new service is to “set a new industry benchmark, adding value and helping clients new to the superyacht industry, providing long-term advice through a worldwide network to ensure our clients acquire the right vessel, on budget and working with people they can trust”.

Recognised as a world-class homeport for superyachts, the newly branded OneOcean Port Vell, is the only European superyacht marina of its scale to be located so centrally within a city, offering world class services, capable of berthing vessels up to 190 metres.

The 148-berth Marina offers OneOcean Club´s private members’ club, restaurant, cocktail bar and the new Gallery building, including a 24-hour concierge style service, a gymnasium, wellness centre, business hub and crew lounge.
