American Cargo Ship "Probably Sank"

The American cargo ship 'El Faro' has been lost in last Thursdays hurricane Joaquin according to the U.S Coastguard on Monday.

It is believed that the ship, sailed into the hurricane off the coast of the Bahamas and sank. 

The coastguard is currently undergoing a search for survivors and confirmed that a body in a life vest and a life boat have been spotted. Neither the lifeboat or the body were able to be recovered due to bad weather in the area and the search will continue off Crooked Island for the 33 crew members who were on board the vessel.
