Mummified Body of German Sailor Found on Drifting Yacht

A German national was found dead inside a drifting yacht in the southern Philippines, police said Saturday. The man was identified as Manfred Fritz Bajorat based on documents recovered from the yacht, police investigator Val Warren Polancos said.
