Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen, has snapped up the best harbour viewing spot to enjoy Sydney's famous New Year's Eve firework display. His 126m long super yacht Octopus is moored at Point Piper and will have a bird's eye view of the wonderful New Year's Eve celebrations.
