CREW SURVEY: Hiring Youth over Experience?

There has been much debate recently concerning perceptions around the hiring of yacht crew across all departments, specifically in regard to the hiring of younger candidates over older, more experienced ones. 

For those of you who are attending the Superyacht Forum in Amsterdam next week, on Tuesday the 14th November the PYA will be hosting an open discussion on this very topic.

We have rushed out an industry survey to collect some data and we kindly ask all those employed in the luxury yacht sector to share their views by completing our survey as soon as possible.
