World Superyacht Awards 2018

The remarkable list of nominations for the World Superyacht Awards boasts 68 of the finest superyachts launched throughout 2017. Each year, the line-up of yachts reveals the strides regularly made in superyacht design, and this year’s nominees represent the biggest and best yachts out on the seas.  

Since their inception, the awards have established themselves as the most respected accolades in the yachting industry, thanks to their global influence and the impressive credentials of the judging panel.

The judges, who are all superyacht owners themselves, met in Abu Dhabi last month to review the impressive list of entries and after careful consideration, selected the exceptional winners. The worthy recipients will remain secret until the gala evening on 19th May held amid the beauty of the Palazzo Vecchio in central Florence.

Guests attending the World Superyacht Awards are encouraged to enjoy a full weekend of social events including a Welcome Cocktail Party hosted by Stefano Ricci, taking place on Friday 18th May, as well as a relaxing brunch on Sunday 20th May. This is in addition to Saturday’s cultural programme in which guests will experience a few of the best-kept secrets in Florence.
