Friday 26th September: Sea Changes - Interior

Kitchen to Galley course & Ship's Cook assessment - Update on Food Safety Qualifications - GUEST update - Prize Giving for PYA table setting competition which will be running on the Thursday of MYS* - The Superyacht chef incentives
