One Island Park is one of IGY's premier facilities that caters to megayachts and superyachts from 30m to 244m LOA with a maximum draft of 12m. This Miami Beach marina is the perfect location for charter transitions, long-term and short-term visits, and can offer concierge services catering exclusively to the world’s largest vessels.  This beautifully landscaped marina is  dedicated to ensuring your crew and vessel are well cared for and to make certain that as a guest, you are able to obtain whatever is needed to make your stay extraordinary.

One Island Park is a short walk to world-famed Miami Beach, known for its silky sand, amazing views, exciting beach shops, themed dance venues, sidewalk cafes, and more.  Soak up the year-round South Beach sunshine for the perfect golden glow, or stroll Collins Ave. to enjoy music, food, art and relaxation.

Guests will enjoy the many security benefits of the marina's proximity to the U.S. Coast Guard Station as well as 24/7 on-site guard patrol and security gate.

The highly trained and experienced staff is dedicated to taking care of your every need, seven days a week. Upon approach, your yacht is met by knowledgeable dock staff at the slip where the needs of the owner, captain, and crew are carefully met.  On the premises you will find a variety of amenities to enhance your stay in Miami, including business services and Wi-Fi available in the office, dock-cart assistance for provisions and parking alongside your yacht.
