General Information & Marina Services
St Katharine Docks offers superb facilities in an iconic setting. As the only marina in central London, visitors can enjoy the unique experience of sailing up the Thames and mooring right next to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
The recent renovation of the marina in 2017 has evolved St Kats into a thriving waterside community featuring 185 berths in three basins, for vessels up to 40m long, as a visitor or on long-term berth contracts. The marina offers outstanding facilities and services along with a social calendar of enjoyable nautical events and all-year-round activities. Since February 2020, the marina is managed, operated and branded by Island Global Yachting (IGY) Marinas, who are bringing their industry-leading knowledge to further enhance the marina operations and customer service.
London's connection to its past is everywhere to be seen, the harbour was designed by the Victorian engineer Thomas Telford, now stylishly renovated, and round the corner, the 1000 year old Tower of London waits to be discovered. A host of cultural and historical places of interest sit side by side along the Thames: Shakespeare's Globe, The Tate Modern, Somerset House, The National Theatre and Big Ben.
From St Katharine Docks the rest of London is at your fingertips, easily reached from the Tower Hill underground station only 10 minutes away, by taxi, or overground.
St Katharine Docks is a vibrant marina with a number of high-profile and entertaining events taking place all year round, such as the Classic Boats Festival and the Floating Film Festival.
