General Information & Marina Services

Welcoming vessels up to 550’ (167.7m) and tucked inside the Miami Causeway between downtown Miami and world-famed Miami Beach, Yacht Haven Grande Miami at Island Gardens provides guests with access to South Florida’s most prestigious events, world-renowned festivals, and the widest variety of cuisines from all over the globe. Overlooking the marina basin with the Miami skyline as a backdrop, the on-site restaurant, The Deck, offers a private and exclusive venue for parties and gatherings.

Island Gardens is easy to access being adjacent to the only seaplane terminal in Miami, and only 15 minutes from the heliport and Miami International Airport.

Marine Access to Island Gardens Marina

There is unrestricted access to the marina through Government Cut except when more than one cruise ship is in the Port of Miami. At these times:

• Smaller vessels will have to go around Dodge Island from the south channel - please contact us regarding air and water draft restrictions with this route.

• Large yachts that cannot clear Dodge Island bridge will have to obtain clearance from the US Coast Guard for transit through the security zone 96 hours in advance.

Events at Island Gardens Marina

Day or night, Island Gardens offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable event, from parties and weddings to corporate events and galas.

Marina VIP Lounge 

With capacity for 100 guests, this smart waterfront lounge is ideal for cocktail parties, corporate presentations, birthday parties and baby showers, serving hors d’oeuvres or buffet style dining.

The Wood Deck 

With capacity for 800 guests, this waterfront venue is a popular choice offering unobstructed views of the Miami skyline and the megayachts docked in Island Gardens Marina. Clients are also free to customize the space and contract their own catering and entertainment.  

The Deck at Island Gardens

The main restaurant caters for up to 800 guests and the grounds can be hired for waterfront events and alfresco dining with breathtaking views over the marina. For reservations please contact: thedeck@islandgardens.com

Production Lawn
